Command has decided you need to go and finish what you started. This time you only have one main target. That is the Adr'a Food Processing site. F'thima Missile Research Site has been deemed of no importance by Command and the Damascus Chemical Complex has been completely destroyed.

Fig 1 - Flight Plan over the Target

Your task is to attack and destroy the Adr'a Food Processing site, prioritising the Assembly Building and the Generator.

Fig 2 - The Target Area and it's Defences

As you can see in the above image, there are SA-2's active as well as AAA and SA-9 sites, one of which caused problems during the last flight.

Enemy aircraft are still getting airborne from the east and north east of the target.

Package 911
Satan 4 - 2 x F-16A-15 IAF - Deep Strike, Tcn 11/74
Jaguar 3 - 3 x F-16A-15 IAF - AI, Tcn 12/75
Spade 2 - 3 x F-16A-15 IAF - Escort, Tcn 13/76

Mission success will be awarded to Satan for destruction of both targets and a PS given for destruction of the Assembly Building.

The AI flight will get a MS for an average of four kills per aircraft, with a PS for three per aircraft. A MF will be given if a column is identified that threatens the strike flight and shoots one of them down when you have not engaged in that area.

The escort will be awarded a MS if none of the strike flight is lost to air threats. Loss of a maximum of one shall result in a PS.

Good Hunting.

MS

Lost Pegasus as he CTD'd every time he tried to get in the pit. No idea why and he unfortunately had to drop out.

MS parameter was changed to destroying the Assembly building only.

The sun had set by the time we were airborne and this caused all sorts of confusion. The escort and AI kept the significant number of enemy aircraft away from me. Looking back on the ACMI (available on TS) it's a wonder we weren't bounced earlier or had mid-air collisions.

Regardless I descended to low level after passing over some flak. The target was well lit up and a CCIP attack, dropping a pair of MK-84Airs did the job.

I climbed away from the target and helped Fisty out (so I thought at the time) by shooting down a MiG-25.

We had lost the escort flight by that time so we headed home for a straight in approach. I had to go around as Mango was still landing, but my eventual landing was uneventful.

The clock has been moved forward to pre dawn for the next mission.
