Unrestricted climb after taking off was fun, and got us perfectly spaced ahead of the strike. 2 J-11s were spotted around the target area, but separated and ran away. CAP over the target area, uneventful.
RTB with OHB, #1 landed heavy on fuel, heavy on the brakes and lost control of the airplane.

A fairly straight forward mission. We were loaded with 4 x GBU-54s each.
We proceeded to the target and only had one hold while the escort investigated 2 x J-11s, after which we advanced, moving into a 5 mile trail formation for the attack.
The target was easily pick ed up on FCR. The area was partially obscured by cloud but 2, 3 and 4 managed to drop their bombs on the target to great success. I , on the other hand, kept messing with laser guided and GPS guidance, resulting in a poor result, only damaging a couple of T-80s.
Many T-72s and BTR-80s were destroyed by the remainder of the flight.
Recovery was good and the overhead break was also good, apart from me slowing down too much on the downwind, which in turn caused No3 to abort landing and go around again.
A simple mission well executed by the rest of the flight. Nice one fellas.
