The army needs our help on the FLOT.

On the road that runs NW/SE between T'osan and Yeaoncheon City a considerable number of enemy units are either moving or static. It appears that their aim is to capture Yeocheon City.

Your job is to slow them down.

Fig. 1 - Package Flight Path.

Air threats are a serious issue in this area. Squadrons of MiG-29A, MiG-23, MiG-21 and J-6 are active in the area supporting their own ground troops.

Fig. 2 - Target Area with Southerly AI Zone Shown.

The package consists of three flights totalling twelve aircraft, details below.

Fig. 3 - Package 3520 AI Details.

Mission Success Criteria
Package success will be awarded for destroying an average of four ground units per aircraft with only one loss from air/radar SAM threats. A partial shall be awarded if only an average of three ground units are destroyed per aircraft, again with a max of one loss to air/radar SAM threats.

Good hunting.

Ingressed ~20NM ahead of strikers but had to hold before leaving patriot WEZ to gain altitude, this was relayed to BANSHEE1 to take spacings accordingly.

Soon after, picture was busy with groups of Mig-21 and Mig-23 coming from the NE and E.
The flight had to work on 2 flanks at the same time, but SA remained good with one element always hot.
Strikers were able to work on their target without disruptions from red air.
A couple of J-5 were also dealt with later on as BANSHEE1 wrapped up.

RTB with a nice OHB, but the whole flight had to go around due to slow mover on final.
No issues with nose wheel collapse this time.

Uneventful flight to ingress where we extended slightly to the east as escort encountered some red air activity. Once the path was clear turned back towards ground targets at the DZ. Working on pairs we had multiple attack runs, successfulyy destroying 30+ ground units, undisturbed by enemy air or SAM activity. Target selection was somewhat difficult as most red ground units were on the move and we had CBUs.
RTB with escort protecting our 6. Lost visual with elements during descend towards the AB. 2 had to go around and had difficulties on runway due to slow moving cargo aircraft. Finally everyone landed.
