Information about the pilot reserve: The pilot reserve consists of pilots that has left the 185th due to not having the time to actively participate in squadron activities, but will hopefully rejoin when time allows. Pilots in the reserve is shown with the rank they had when they left the 185th. Pilots will remain on the reserves roster for a maximum of 12 months and minimum of 6 months before considered retired, at which time they will be removed from the reserves roster.
